Always look on the bright side of life
Some things in live are bad, they can really
make you mad, other things just make you
swear and cares. When you chewing on life's
gristle, don't grumble, give a whistle
and this'll help things turn out for the best.
1. And always look on the bright side of life, always look on
the bright light of life.
If life seems jolly rotten there's something
you've forgotten
and that's to laugh and smile and dance and
sing. When you're felling in the dumps,
don't be silly chumps, just purse you lips
and whistle, that's the thing!
2. And always look on the bright side of life, always look on
the bright light of life.
for life is quite absurd and death's the final
word, you must
always face the curtain with a bow. Forget
about your sin, gave the audience a grin,
enjoy it, it's you last chance anyhow!
3. So always look on the bright side of death, just before you
draw your
terminal breath. Live's a piece of shit when
you look at it, live's a laugh
and death's a joke. it's true. You'll see
it's all a show, keep 'em laughin' as you go,
just remember that the last laugh is on you.
And always look on the bright side of life
always look on the right side of life.
sagte mir, was er sah,
ein Meer von Licht und Farben. Wir wussten
nicht, was bald darauf geschah.
Refrain:
Am Tag, als Conny Cramer starb. Und alle
Glocken klangen,
bot Conny Hilfe an.
Refrain
hatte alles verloren, was ich hab.
Das Leben geht einfach weiter, mir bleiben
nur noch die Blumen auf seinem Grab.
Refrain
Blowing in the wind1. How many roads must a man walk down, before you can call him
a man? Yes’n

thy forever are banned?
Refrain:
The answer my friend is blowing in the
wind,
The answer is blowing in the wind.
2. How many times must a man look up, before can see the sky?

Refrain
1. Take me back to my boat on the river I need to go down, I need

touching me gently
with the water that flow past my boat on the
river so I don’t cry out anymore.
Oh the river is wise, the river is touches
my live like the waves on the sand
and all roads lead to tranquillity base where
the frown on my face disappears.
3. Take me town to my boat on the river I need to go down, won’t

1. Almost heaven, West Virginia,
Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah River

younger than the mountains, growing like a
breeze.
Refrain:
Country Roads take me home
to the place I belong, West Virginia
mountain mama, take me home, Country Roads.
2. All my memories gather 'round her,
miner's lady, stranger to blue water.
Dark and dusty, painted on the sky,
misty taste of moonshine, teardrops in my
eye.
Refrain
3. I hear her voice in the morning hour she calls me,
the radio reminds me of my home far away,
and driving down the road I get a feeling
that I should have been home yesterday, yesterday.
Refrain (2x)
It's not time to make a change, just relax,
take it easy,
your still young, that's your fault, there's
so much you have to know
find a girl, settle down, if you want you
can marry
look at me, I am old but I'm happy.
I was once like you are now, and I know that
is not easy
to be clam when you've found something going
on.
But make your time, think a lot, think of
everything you've got for
you will still be there tomorrow but your
dreams may not.
How can I try to explain? When I do he turns
away again,
it's always been the same, same old story.
From the moment I could talk, I was ordered
to listen now
there's a way, and I know that I have to go
away, I know I have to go.
It's not time to make a change just sit down,
take it slowly,
you're still young, that's your fault, there's
so much you have to go through.
Find a girl, settle down if you want you can
marry,
look at me I am old, but I'm happy.
All the time, that I've cried, keeping all
the things I knew inside,
it's hard, but it's harder to ignore it.
If they were right, I'd agree, but it's them,
they know not me now
There's a way, and I know that I have to go
away, I know I have to go.
1. If you missed the train I'm on, you will know that I am gone
can you hear the whistle blow one hundred
miles
one hundred miles, one hundred miles, one
hundred miles, one hundred miles,
can you hear the whistle blow one hundred
miles
2. Lord I'm one, Lord I'm two, Lord I'm tree, Lord I'm four,
Lord I'm five hundred miles away from home.
Five hundred miles, five hundred miles, five
hundred miles, five hundred miles,
Lord I'm five hundred miles away from home.
3. Not a shirt on my back, not a penny to my name,
Lord I can't go at home this a way.
This a way, this a way, this a way,
Lord I can't got at home this a way.
4. If you missed the train I'm on, you will know that I am gone
can you hear the whistle blow one hundred
miles
one hundred miles, one hundred miles, one
hundred miles, one hundred miles,
can you hear the whistle blow one hundred
miles
Refrain:
Gute Nacht Freunde, es wird Zeit für
mich zu geh’n,
was ich noch zu sagen hätte, dauert
eine Zigarette
und ein letztes Glas im stehen.
scheint.
Refrain

don't know when I'll be back again, oh
babe I hate to go.
There's so many times I've let you down
so many times I've played around
I tell you now they don't mean a thing
Every place I go I'll think of you
Every song I sing I'll sing for you
when I come back I'll bring your wedding ring.
Now the Time has come to leave you
one more time let me kiss you
then close your eyes I'll be on my way
Dream about the days to come
when I won't have to leave alone
about the times I won't have to say

right in front of me,
speaking word of wisdom, let it be.

let it be-,
whisper words of wisdom, let it be.

and brought him strings and sealing wax and
other fancy stuff.

Puff the magic dragon lived by the sea,
and frolicked in the autumn mist,

Pirate ships would low’r their flags, when
Puff roared out his name.

roar.

geschehen

1. I am sailing, I am sailing, home again, cross the sea.
I am sailing, stormy waters, to be near you,
to be free.
2. I am flying, I am flying, like a bird, cross the sky.
I am flying, passing high clouds, to be with
you, to be free.
Can you hear me, can you hear me? Through
the dark night far away.
3. I am dying, forever trying, to be with you, who can say.
We are sailing, we are sailing, home again,
cross the sea.
We are sailing, stormy waters, to be near
you, to be free.
was war eigentlich los, wir ha’m nie was gefühlt,
fast dabei,
was war bloß passiert, wir wollten tanzen
gehen,
neu.
Refrain
I am just a poor boy, though my story’s seldom
told, I have squandered my resistance
for a pocket full of mumbles such are promises
all lies and jest still a man hears what he
want to hear and disregards the rest mmm
when I left my home and my family I was no
mere than a boy in the company of strangers
in the quiet oft the railway station running
squared.
Laying low seeking out the poorer quarters
where the ragged people go,
looking for the places only they would know.
Lie- la- lie
Asking only workman's wages I come looking
for a job but I get no offers
just I come on from the wores on seven Avenue.
I do declare, there were times when I was so
lonesome I took some comfort there. Lie- la- lie
Then I’m laying our my winter clothes and
wishing I was gone, going home,
where the New York City winters aren’t bleeding
me. Leading me, going home.
In the clearing stands a boxer and a fighter
by his trade and he carries the reminders
of every glove that laid him down and cut
him till he cried out.
In his anger and his shame "I am leaving,
I am leaving" but the fighters sill remains. Lie- la- lie
in meine Ohren
entgegen.
Refrain:
Über den Wolken, muss die Freiheit
wohl grenzenlos sein.
Alle Ängste, alle Sorgen, sagt man,
blieben darunter verborgen und dann
würde was uns groß und wichtig
erscheint, plötzlich nichtig und klein.
Motoren.
Refrain
3. Dann ist alles still ich geh, Regen durchdringt meine Jacke,
irgend jemand kocht Kaffe in der Luftaufsichtbaracke.
In den Pfützen schwimmt Benzin, schillernd
wie ein Regenbooooo-oooo-gen.
Wolken spiegeln dich darin. Ich wär’
gern mitgeflogen.
Refrain
1. When I get older, losing my hair, many years form now.
Will you still be sending me a valentine,
birthday greetings, bottle of wine?
If I'd been out till quarter to three, would
you lock the door?
Will you still need me, will you still feed
me, when I'm sixty-four?
Refrain:
hm, hm,......
you'll be older too. Ah, and if you say
the word, I could stay with you.
2. I you could be handy mending a fuse when you lights have gone.
You can knit a sweater by the fireside, Sunday
mornings, go for a ride.
Doing the garden, digging the weeds; who could
ask for more?
Will you still need me, will you feed me,
when I'm sixty-four?
Every summer we can rent a cottage in the Isle
of Wight if it's not too dear
We shall scrimp and save. Ah, grandchildren
on you knee.
Vera, Chuck and Dave.
3. Send me a postcard, dorp me a line stating point of view
Indicate precisely what you mean to say, yours
sincerely wasting away.
Give me your answer, fill in a form, mine
forever more.
Will you still need me, will you feed
me, when I'm sixty-four.
1. I follow the Moskva down to Groky Park listening the wind of
change.

The futures in the air, I can feel it everywhere,
blowing with the wind of change.
Refrain
3. Walking down the street, distant memories are buried in the
past forever.
I follow the Moskva down to Groky Park listening
the wind of change.
Refrain
The wind of change blows straight into the
face of time,
like a storm wind that will ring the freedom
bell for peace of mind.
Let your balalaika sing, what my guitar wants
to say.
Refrain
With a little help from my friends
1. What would you do if I sang out of tune would you stand up
and walk out on me?
Lend me your ears and I'll sing you a song
and I'll try not to sing our of key.
Oh I get by with a little help from my friends

and I say: yes, you look wonderful tonight.

This beautiful lady is walking around with

And then she asks me: do you feel alright?
And I say: yes, I feel wonderful tonight.

light in your eyes,
and then the wonder of it all is what you
just don’t realize
how much I love you.
3. It’s time to go home now, and I’ve got an aching head.
So I give her the car keys and she helps me
to bed.
And then I tell her, as I turn out the light,
I say my Darling, you are wonderful tonight.
Oh, my Darling, you are wonderful tonight.
