[1-Airship][2-Tetris] [2-Mine Sweeper]

 

My Airship mapCONTEST N1 AIRSHIP
level of contest: COMPLEX

RULES:

  1. Time range: Contest begins 1 April then ends 1 May
  2. Condition: Build up your own airship demo. You can't clone airship code from ©Don's Adventures Sample game!
    You must build:
    - WORLD MAP with islands, 2 or more TOWNS on some islands
    - 1 Airship.
    -Your demo must be playable. So player can handle hero and call or use airship to reach one town from another.
    - The process of flying must be shown realistic as it possible. You must aspire to Final Fantasy 3/6 airship gameplay.
  3. Preparing the demo: I do not accept gamedisks!
    So.. Make your demo, then copy your whole game folder from your projects to safe place.
    Add README.TXT text file with your name, e-mail, URL to your site, URL to your DEMO and some notes about your demo.
    Then ERASE RPG_RT.EXE file from that folder (we have got that RPG_RT.EXE ~400 kb file at every PC).
    Then ZIP or RAR that folder.
    Then upload your DEMO to your own site.
    If you do not have your own site... then go to www.geocites.com and create one.
    And then send me direct URL to your DEMO with subject: "Airship Contest Demo"
    NOTE: I DO NOT ACCEPT ATTACHED FILES OF YOUR DEMO!!! UPLOAD IT ON YOUR SITE AS I SAID.

level of contest: HARD

RULES:

  1. Time range: uspecified (until some winners)
  2. Condition: Make Tetris minigame.
    You need to do:
    - game box 6x9 squares
    - stadard set of pieces
    - score display
    - next piece display
  3. Preparing the demo: I do not accept gamedisks!
    So.. make your demo, then copy your whole game folder from your projects to safe place.

CONTEST N3"Minigame: Mine Sweeper"
level of contest: EASY

RULES:

  1. Time range: uspecified (until some winners)
  2. Condition: Make Mine Sweeper minigame.
    You need to do:
    - game box 8x8 squares
    - there are 10 hidden mines inside of the game box
    - place all of 10 mines randomly! you can't place some mines at same square! Check it!
    - 1st move must be safe! (mines can't detonate until 2nd move. If you revealed the mine at 1st move then randomly move this mine to other place...)
    - show number of neighbour mines at the checked square
    - mark revealed mine (revealed mine is that mine which is surrounded by checked squares)
    - Timer display
    - Mines Left display (automatically count all revealed mines.)
