About SNES Emus on DC

I am interested in Emulators for DC but there are just too many SNES emus for DC [IMHO}.
And if I recall correctly, the 3 are ports of Snes9x so why not to port Genesis or Mark3[SMS]/GG?

I think NGINE should release it`s source to Sin and to the DreamSnes folks and start to work on another emu port.....
