Keep in mind you do not want to use the WINCE
tools for this, as you cannot spread your work
without getting into possibly hazardous problems
with Microsoft and Sega. Depends on how much
your work spreads... but if it does, you don't
want to have used pirated tools... get a serial
cable and dreamlib ;-)
if you already do, its the way to go anyway :)
