DISHARMONY IS PROVIDED AS-IS, THE AUTHOR TAKES NO CLAIM FOR
USABILITY OR USEFULNESS OF THE SYSTEM. FURTHERMORE THE AUTHOR
DOESN'T GIVE ANY WARRANTY THAT DISHARMONY IS NOT DOING ANYTHING
CRUEL LIKE MESSING UP RPG MAKER GAMES, DELETING YOUR HARD DRIVE OR
KILLING YOUR BABY BROTHER. BY NO MEANS CAN THE USER (THAT'S YOU)
CLAIM COMPENSATION FOR ANY HARM DISHARMONY MIGHT CAUSE HIM OR
HER (THAT'S STILL YOU. WELL, AT LEAST ONE OF THOSE TWO). WHEN
COPYING, ALTERING OR RE-PACKAGING DISHARMONY, THE NEW PACKAGE
MUST ALSO CONTAIN THIS TEXT FILE (copying.txt) AS WELL AS THE OTHER
TEXT FILE MENTIONED BELOW (MPL.txt) WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHIPPED
WITH DISHARMONY.

Disharmony is based off a few other freeware projects:

1. A fairly modified version of Colin Wilson's Midi Components, and along with it,
his MIDI Utilities. Both are freeware, and available from
   http://www.wilsonc.demon.co.uk/.

2. A slightly modified version of Advanced DSMix by Pavel Bibergal which in turn is
based on DSMixer and AudioFileRead libraries by Carlos Barbadosa. The original
libraries by Carlos Barbadosa are available at http://www.carlosb.com/.

3. ID3v2, OggVorbis and WMAFile from the Audio Tools Library by Jurgen Faul. An
older and slightly modified version of ATL is used which isn't yet LGPL licensed.
Jurgen Faul's Website is http://www.jfaul.de/, but it appears to be dead.

4. Both the Disharmony Loop Editor and Effects Manager use JVCL components,
which are licensed from Project JEDI under the MPL (see MPL.txt) and can be
   downloaded from http://jvcl.sourceforge.net/.

5. The tools have been translated with the freeware Delphi Win32 Project
Localizer by Daniel Wischnewski. Its homepage is
   http://www.wischnewski.tv/en/products/dw32pl.html.

Additionally, Disharmony uses the Harmony API as provided by Ineluki. Thanks a
lot for that!
