Background:
I always had a great amount of fascination of how computers worked. When I got my first machine at the age of ten (an Amstrad CPC 464, known as a Schneider in Germany) I was hooked to games and BASIC for a few years, until I learned Assembly language on my Amiga 500. From there, I programmed a few graphic demos, and THC Engine, the first Amiga PC-Engine emulator. I was loyal with the Amiga for a long time, but finally got bored with Amiga Inc not getting anything new out in 9 years, and finally switched over to a few more exciting platforms, that had more of a following, like the emerging SNES demo scene. I never got really good, but I have done hobbyist coding on Gameboy Color, PlayStation, SuperNES, PC, NeoGeo Pocket Color, and lately the Dreamcast, which I will try to focus on now.

My current projects are to be found on the Projects Page and should be updated pretty frequently.

My current skills include a few Assemblers (68k, 6502, z80, PowerPC, x86), C, C++, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, VisualBasic (akk), and platform knowledge on Win32, AmigaOS and a few other library systems like DirectX. I am currently working a lot with UNIX based environments, and will propably dive into these more deeply soonish, as I find time :-)...

Uh geeky! Ok, I also do (did) a lot of Electronica music using my beloved Korg 01/W, and I even care for girls ;). Cheers out to my girlfriend, without her my life would not at all be complete. I love you.

What else is left? hehe. I play games a lot, I like beer, playing the guitar on occasion, and generally, having a good time. There is plenty to do. I think I will never ever be bored ever again. =)
