: not only did you help me, but you guys will see something come up in the near future once i learn how to program........heheheheh. Just something to twist your tougues for a while.....

Heh.... No way will that be near future.
BTW, I DO NOT reccomend that you port Dgen.
It's too slow to run smoothly on anything below 600mhz,
and it uses an ASM core which Cannot be ported.
(Even if you knew ASM for the system you were
porting too, it would still be almost impossible)
And the C core in Dgen sucks. It tottaly messes up
water levels in any sonic game.

I would reccomend that you try porting Generator like
somone said before. It's all in C, and it's faster
than Dgen. It should run a bit more reasonable on
slow systems. It's not as good as Dgen, (2 player
split screen in Sonic 2 doesn't work) but it's
actually possible to port easily. Another suggestion
would be to port Generator, and attempt to add stuff
from Dgen to it after the port is done.

Yes, it would be good if Dgen was ported, but it
would run like crap, and I'm almost completely
sure on that. Hmmm.... I wonder when the Smash Pack
for Dreamcast comes out....
